New Core Workouts!
One of the newest classes that everyone can enjoy is our half hour CORE class.
CORE is perfect for if you are aiming for a flat stomach or a stronger body. Join the 30 minute core burn session and get ready to work on plenty of different moves like crunches, roll outs, twists and planks!
To achieve your goals quicker, burn more calories and push yourself further, you can also combine this session with one of our hour-long sessions that immediately follows it.
Sessions take place on Mondays at 6.30pm and Thursdays at 6.30pm
Please also keep an eye on Ambition PT’s website for our new class timetable, we’ve added a few and given it a bit of a shuffle to hopefully fit in with everyone’s hectic schedules a bit more!
