WEIGHT TRAINING

STRENGTH is the name of the game in the WEIGHT TRAINING session, where you will be expending your energy to PUSH and PULL weights, and your own bodyweight. This is the perfect class to get STRONGER and TONE your muscles, with a real focus on PERFECT TECHNIQUE!

This session is aimed at intermediate/advanced levels of fitness…challenge yourself to exert all of your energy into LIFTING and PULLING and become a better, STRONGER you.


YOGA FLOW

In this session you will be focusing on the connection between breath and mindful movement to create a fluid sequence. With consistent practice you will improve your flexibility, mobility and strength, making you feel more open and relaxed in the body and mind. This class is suitable for all levels.

SUPER CIRCUIT

Are you ready to sweat in the SUPER CIRCUIT?

Challenge your whole body in this High Intensity Interval circuit. Unleash your energy on a whole range of equipment such as battle ropes, kettle bells and free weights to improve your STRENGTH and CONDITIONING.

All fitness levels welcome with this warning: be prepared to SWEAT!


TRX STRENGTH

Push yourself to new levels of strength using the TRX Suspension Trainer, & your own bodyweight. TONE UP your upper body, legs, and core and burn endless calories during and after the class. TRX STRENTH is designed to give your body definition, and tone up all over.

All fitness levels welcome, you can train together to reach new levels of STRENGTH you never knew you had.

 

 
 

BOOTCAMP

The Fitness boot camp is a group physical training program designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time. We use different type of equipment as TRX, elastics, weights and body weight exercises.

This is session is delivered outdoors (check the location) and indoors depending on the weather conditions.
