New Year - New Ambition
Welcome to 2018 everyone! I hope you all feel well-rested after the party season, and ready for the year of training, fitness and ambition that lies ahead.
We decided to send this newsletter out part-way through the month for a very good reason - because now is about the time that a lot of people start forgetting their resolutions of getting fit and losing weight / staying off the alcohol and eating right, because it feels like it’s never going to happen, and change takes a lot of effort.
So we wanted to give you all a little boost, and reassure you that with the right amount of fun, hard work and determination it absolutely can happen - and has happened - for many of our clients*, so can for you too.
It does take a strong mind to make the changes, and with the early dark and cold nights, it makes things seem even harder.
But did you know that a recent survey by University College London found that it takes on average 66 days to change a habit and get into a new routine that can stick? What is also true is that with support of your family and friends, it helps you get through - which is what we aim to do at Ambition PT! We want to be that extra helping hand to encourage and support you, whatever your fitness levels and healthy body goals.
We have some exciting new classes coming up in the next few weeks which we would love to show, support and push you through, so we can’t wait to get started!
