Raul's Kale Chips
Ingredients:
-A bag of fresh kale
-A few dollops of coconut oil (or oil of your choice)
Method:
1. Wash the kale thoroughly and leave to drain.
2. Cover a baking tray with baking paper/foil.
3. Remove the thick Kale stems and place the fresh kale leaves on the baking tray (no particular order to this, we just chuck them all on!).
4. Add a few dollops of coconut oil on the kale and pop in the oven for approximately 10-15 minutes on 150° heat.
5. Remove from the oven when crispy (we usually find they taste better the crispier they are). Pour into a bowl, season with salt, give them a shake & enjoy!
